Wax deposition package
The PVTsim wax deposition package comprises the modules needed to perform wax deposition simulations using PVTsim's pipeline simulator - DepoWax. The wax deposition package is configured to meet the needs of the flow assurance engineer, who are involved in the operation of pipelines transporting very waxy fluids.
The wax deposition package accordingly includes PVTsim modules for entering and characterizing of fluid compositions, wax precipitation simulations, tuning to experimental wax data (wax appearance points and wax in STO), and simulations of wax deposition in pipelines.
