Calsep is looking for a dynamic team member to join the office in Houston to further develop the business in North and South America.
About the job
You will join a company with a highly specialized technical know-how within petroleum reservoir fluid modeling. You will be responsible for sale of Calsep software, consulting services and software solutions primarily within the Houston area. This work will include visiting existing clients as well as identifying and building relationships with new clients. You will be involved in developing and executing a marketing strategy, which will include client visits, planning of exhibition shows and other promotions of Calsep.
Responsibilities
- Development of business relationships with new clients
- Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients
- Sales work with definition and delivery of consulting projects
- Administrative tasks associated with sales
- Some travel to meet with clients (less than 4 weeks/year)
Required Qualifications
- A B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry after graduation
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in conducting business in the US oil and gas industry is a plus
